“I spoke to Adrian 5 weeks before my wedding about 1:1 personal training since I had put on some weight and lost tone after the first 2+ months of quarantine and was missing my regular group workouts. Adrian was so helpful to talk to and put me at ease with being able to reach my goals in such a short time. His costs initially were tough to wrap my head around, but I decided that to feel great on my wedding day it was worth it. I also really liked his vibe and appreciated that he knew his worth, because after the 5 weeks I would have paid 10X more for his help getting into such great shape (lost 10 lbs and toned up a lot).
