We will create the optimal mix of physical training, nutritional coaching, proper sleep habits, and organizational lifestyle design to help you thrive! This personalized coaching program is designed to empower you so that you can go on continuing to live your best life once the program is over. Your body and mind require personalized attention, adjustment, accountability, and motivation and we’re here to give it to you! Stop just living, and start striving and thriving!

How IT Works

Together we will create a comprehensive plan for your body, mind and heart to thrive and give you the tools and discipline to make lasting change in your life.

Step 1: Wellness Consultation & Goal Setting Call

Adrian and Lisa will welcome you on a free video call for an assessment and conversation to determine exactly what your needs, goals and obstacles to achievement are. At the end of this call, you will decide whether or not you wish to move forward and payment will be processed.

Step 2: Your Personalized Health Plan

A 60 day personalized plan will be made just for you that covers sleep, physical training, nutritional advice and life organizational tools in the correct ratios based on your needs.

Step 3: Support & Accountability Coaching

The correct training and check-in cadence for you will be determined after the initial consultation, however there will be at least one video check-in session per week where we’ll discuss how you’re feeling and assess if you’re on track to meet your goals. Organizational frameworks, such as templates for a ‘healthy habits’ checklist, workout calendars, grocery lists etc. will be included in your personalized plan and will be checked and updated in these sessions.

Is this program right for you?

We have extremely limited availability for individual coaching and often have a waitlist. You should only move forward with booking a consultation call if you meet these criteria;

1: you are serious about making a change

Making a permanent lifestyle change is hard, that’s why we’re here, but it’s important that you want to change. That means that you shouldn’t start this program if someone else in your life is pushing you to do so. Working with someone who does not want to be there is no fun for us, it’s no fun for you, and ultimately it doesn’t work.

2: You feel overwhelmed and / or need to be held accountable

If you struggle to use your will power, keep a healthy routine, or stay motivated, we are here for you. It may feel like everyone else has their workout routine dialled in, eats only when they’re hungry and is super organized, but we can assure you that it takes hard work to build these habits. If you wish you could be that way, but don’t know where to begin, we are here to give you the tools and discipline you need to make lasting positive change in your life.

3: you have a specific goal in mind

Whether it’s training for a race, getting fit for a hiking trip, wanting to feel your best on your wedding day, learning how to use specific equipment or just wanting to improve or avoid common health issues, no goal is too big or too small. We can help you get more specific about your goals in the initial call.
