Join us for rounds of upper-body, lower-body, core, cardio, and total body moves in a Tabata style format. Moves can be modified for all fitness levels.

Arm Farm

We’ll be using weights for time based upper-body strength training.

What equipment you’ll need: Mat and anything you can use for resistance (e.g. Dumbbell, Barbell, Kettlebell, bands, wine bottles, etc…)
